Return Policy

We want our greeting cards and artwork to make you happy! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or if your product is damaged or defective, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange the product for another greeting card or artwork of your choice.

You can return or exchange a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Simply send us an email at inquiries@adrianacamile.com with your name and order number to request your refund or exchange. 

 

Once we receive it, we’ll credit your method of payment for the full price of the product plus shipping costs from the original purchase and shipping costs for returning the product. Please allow up to 10 business days to process the payment.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
